Today I received a gift from God. It was in the form of a beautiful, mid-calf length, black, fabric-that-I-wanted skirt.
Why is this such a gift? Let me tell you.
For the past couple days, my mom & I have been on the hunt for cute missionary clothing. This may sound like an easy feat, but let me assure you IT IS NOT.
It is SO hard to find a skirt that is mid-calf length. For real. I went into probably 6 stores tonight, went directly up to the counter and asked if they had any that length and they all said no. (That was just today's trip too, mind you.)
After hours of searching through store after store for the past couple days, I was so done and so discouraged with this shopping business. Then we arrived at Dillard's. I LOVE DILLARD'S NOW.
The reason for this newfound love is because of that perfect skirt...that happened to be on sale for $18.00!!!! I honestly believe that it was a heavenly gift! Now just to find a gray one....

I never thought of how hard it would be to find missionary appropriate clothing. I'm sure it's not easy at all. Glad you had some luck! Good luck finding a gray one!!
