hi hi hi hi hi hiiiiiii!

Sooo I don't have too much time to write. The library is busy right now. We are here later than usual because this morning we: ran to the grocery store (not literally but it was a super fast trip), had cleaning checks, wrote letters/chilled for an hour, and then went to the stake center and explored around the Chagrin river and played ChushWozni for like an hour and half. Total workout and SO MUCH FUN! So now we're emailing and the kids from Mayfield High School have taken over the library.

Euclid District REPRESENT!  Don't mind the fact that I
am sweaty & disgusting after running around for and
hour like a maniac.

This week was fantastic! We had an incredible training meeting dedicated to our purpose as missionaries and fulfilling that purpose on Tuesday, and then on Thursday we had zone conference which was centered on one of the Fundamental Principles of PMG... The Doctrine of Christ- The Missionary Purpose.

INCREDIBLE. Wow. They have these movies called “The District 2”. I LOVE THEM. They follow a district in San Diego around and filmed basically everything they did. They are so powerful to watch and we watched one about this family getting baptized and I’m pretty sure the waterworks turned on. Holy tears. I haven’t actually cried since I came on my mission but it sure came out on Thursday. I tell ya what, WOW. (That said in Bartok from Anastasia’s voice). Seeing people come to Christ…watching them look forward with anticipation to going to the Temple. That is what I want as a missionary. That is what I’m all about.

This week I’ve really learned that numbers do not mean anything. It has been hard. This past Saturday, the Euclid elders and the Willowick sisters (meaning, my whole district besides my companionship) had a double baptism. And the Willowick sisters had 2 baptisms the Saturday before that…and I was feeling like a failure missionary because I’ve been in Lyndhurst for almost 4 ½ months now and have yet to see, oh like, any progress whatsoever! But…I have been working harder than I have ever worked and have been talking to seriously everyone and I have been fulfilling my purpose as a missionary. So it doesn’t matter that I have zero progressing investigators right now and that I can’t seem to get anyone to come to church. I was talking to Sister Andersen about someone that I love – Tiffanee Barker. Sister Barker went home last transfer. Sister Barker did not see any baptisms on her mission but I KNOW that Sister Barker was a purpose-driven missionary. I want to be the kind of missionary she was.

As Elder Butterfield’s blessing last month said and President Sorensen so kindly reminded at Zone Conf, my faith does not override my investigator’s agency. Agency. BLAST THAT PRINCIPLE! BAHHHHHHH! We have a love-hate relationship.

Oooh guess what! We got new phones at ZC and we now have the ability to text! Schveet! The Church is in with the times… awesome!

Umm we found out that our new VC Director will be Elder and Sister Edman. Elder Edman was the president of the Provo MTC for a while and the president of the Georgia Atlanta Mission so he sounds pretty LEGIT to me. I will be so sad to see the Butterfield’s go (in the middle of January)….I love them with all my heart but I’m sure the Edman’s will be amazing as well.

So transfers are coming up again. Can you believe that?! Time sure flies. I’m a little bit anxious for this one because I can’t predict it! See, in the VC we have a magnet board with everyone’s pictures on it and all the areas….and it just BEGS you to move it around and play the predictions game! Ha it’s ridiculous…and yet I love it. I wouldn’t be surprised if Sister Law and I were together for another one…but at the same time I could totally see her going to Chardon West to greenie-break Sister Lyman. But if she does that, I don’t know who would come to me. And we know there are 3 new sisters coming out but I don’t know who’s training. Meh. I don’t know. Next time I email, I will know if we are staying together or not so I’ll let you know.

I love Sister McAlister!

Last week, we met this lady named Montima. She was awesome! She is completely GHETTO FABULOUS. I hope we baptize her. She is at a point where she’s looking for spiritual in her life and when she commits she told us she’s going to COMMIT.  Sounds good to me! Ha!

We've really started working more with the ward. We are going to have a ward fast for the work to move forward in this area on December 5. Awesome! This area has so much potential. When it comes to a head, it is going to explode. I CAN'T WAIT! Bring it on!

Anyway, time is running out. I gots to go but I love you and miss you all so very much!

Lovelovelove,

Sister Webb
