Hiiiiiiii! It’s been a great week! I’ll hit the highlights because, to be quite honest, I don’t remember a lot of the details.
Tuesday was good because of spiritual infusion into my soul and because of clarity. Let me just say, I LOVE Elder & Sister Edman.
We had a zone meeting in Youngstown on Wednesday and it was really good. It was centered on teaching people and not lessons and doing that by using the Book of Mormon. I LOVE THE BOOK OF MORMON! I have gained a deeper love of it on my mission. It’s not like we hold the Book of Mormon on a different pedestal than the Bible. They are BOTH the word of God, and both are equally important. But the Book of Mormon is unique to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and adds an additional witness of the Savior. Who DOESN’T want more testimony of Christ?!

Our investigators are a little bit frustrating right now. They aren’t really progressing and I kind of feel like I’m not really sure what to do with them. AH. Frustration.
OH MY GOSH! I forgot this has happened since last week. On Thursday, there was a missed call on our phone, and a message saying “Hi Sister Webb, this is Jasmine Cook Sawyer, and we just moved to Shaker Heights and we were wanting to take you and your companion out for lunch sometime.” WAIT…WHAT?! Jasmine Cook Sawyer? As in the one who was my roommate at BYU my sophomore year. Yep, that one. So guess who I saw at the play This Is Kirtland on Friday night? JASMINE! It was so so SO weird to see her there! It was like my two worlds (of pre-mission and mission) collided and it was so strange but WONDERFUL! I also got to see Sister McAlister at T.I.K.! She loves full-pros in Lorain and loves her comp so she’s doing really well.

Yesterday, we got to go to the fireside in Kirtland to sing with all of the sisters. Brother & Sister Carey drove us up. They were glad to get to see all the other sisters that have served in Ravenna. The fireside was centered on CHRIST and it was so good. It really strengthened my desire to become even more like the Savior. He is our example! I’m so grateful for that. This week, I’m working on a different Christlike attribute everyday. I want to be more like Christ. This will be really good.
Thank you so much for all of your love and your prayers! I love each one of you, I really do. Don’t get discouraged when life doesn’t always work out the way your want it to. God is our LOVING Heavenly Father and He has a plan.
I love you!
Sister Webb
